Privacy Policy
Effective March 19, 2026
This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use the simulator, we receive:
- Your selections — the cause and ad format you choose within the simulator. These are sent to third-party AI services to generate content.
- Your IP address — used for rate limiting only. Held in server memory, not stored to disk or database.
- Cloudflare Turnstile data — Cloudflare collects browser signals (not a traditional cookie) to verify you are human. This is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
How your input is processed
Your selections are sent to third-party AI services to generate text, images, and audio. These services process data under their respective data processing terms, which prohibit using your data to train models or for advertising.
We do not store, log, or retain the generated content. Once delivered to your browser, it exists only on your device.
What we store
- Cost counter — we track aggregate API spending (a single running total in dollars) for budget management. This contains no user content or identifying information.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, logins, or personal information
- No cross-site tracking scripts (Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free and privacy-respecting)
- No email addresses
- No browsing history or cross-site tracking
Third-party services
- AI generation services — generate text, images, and audio from your simulator selections
- Cloudflare — provides CDN, DNS, and bot protection
- Google Fonts — serves typefaces used on this site
Data retention
User selections and generated content are not retained. The cost counter is retained indefinitely for accounting but contains no user data.
Your rights
Since we don't collect personal information or create user accounts, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions, reach out to our privacy team.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
